Uraian Tugas
- Oversee and run an efficient and timely monthly close and consolidation processes, together with the analysis and internal reporting for the Leadership Team and the Group Board.
- Ensuring a strong financial control environment, consisting of a monthly balance sheet substantiation process, inclusive of bank reconciliations, and all associated policies and procedures, supporting all reporting.
- Support in the preparation of the annual financial statements and notes for the Group and subsidiaries and support the external audit process.
- Work with business unit reporting teams and senior management to provide ad hoc technical guidance and write accounting papers and audit committee papers.
- Liaise with and manage external service providers which support key processes and reporting.
- Support on the maintenance of share-based payment information and monitor share dilution analysis.
- Calculate and monitor covenant compliance and preparation of FCA and Tax reporting (Corporate & VAT).
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes and analysis of actual vs forecast performance drivers of key metrics.
- Preparing monthly accruals and prepayments based on P&L analysis.
- Preparing monthly payroll accounting journals for UK and Lithuanian entities.
- Review monthly, quarterly and annual National Statistics returns and other annual returns.
- Overseeing production of fixed assets register.
- Perform ad-hoc duties within the accounting department.
Meminta
- +3 year post qualified accountant (ACA, ICAS or equivalent), big four or similar experience is a plus.
- In depth knowledge of UK Gaap and IFRS accounting standards (e.g: IFRS 9 financial instruments, IFRS 2 Share Based Payments, IAS 38 Intangible assets), and experience in multi-currency company consolidations and reporting.
- Eager to master the basics and business as usual activities, increasing your network and scope of involvement in wider Group projects and your areas of interest proactively.
- Able to work flexibly to meet tight deadlines during core reporting periods and collaborate with colleagues in different time zones.
- Ability to continuously improve processes and controls, analytical with a good attention to detail and able to learn, digest information and problem solve.
- Strong proficiency in excel formulas and/or accounting systems (experience of building and maintaining complex excel models/macros a plus), Netsuite experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of UK taxes is a plus, (partial VAT exemption and R&D tax credits).
