Job Description
Develop strong partnerships with business leaders to understand their objectives, challenges, and talent needs.Collaborate with stakeholders to align HR strategies and initiatives with business goals.Provide strategic HR guidance and support to drive organizational effectiveness and business performance.Partner with managers to identify talent gaps and develop strategies for attracting, retaining, and developing top talent.Advise on workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.Support the recruitment and selection process for key positions, ensuring alignment with business needs and diversity goals.Partner with leaders to assess organizational effectiveness and develop strategies for driving cultural change.Facilitate leadership development programs and workshops to build leadership capabilities and enhance team effectiveness. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of progessive HR experience with a focus on HR Business Partnering or HR leadership roles.Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment law.Proven experience in building strong relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively navigate complex and sensitive situations.Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into HR initiatives.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
