Job Description
KPI-driven role with sustaining and potentially increasing revenues and profitability, requiring substantial time spent in developing, maintaining, and enhancing strategic partnership with current or potential partners for strong collaboration and partnership.
Main responsibilities include:
Identify, prioritize, and act as main contact for the assigned accounts and ensure complete inventory availability and pricing competitiveness in assigned market
Own, develop and maintain accounts and ensure mutually beneficial relationships to grow market share
Report & analyze plan with superior, implement, and monitor agreed on KPIs and be able to analyze, and discuss trends, issues and opportunities with superior
Deep industry understanding of the travel industry, understand of pros and cons of competitor models, market trends & landscape, airline marketing, revenue management, distribution, and market behavior
Data savvy. Familiarity with our own and market-common business tools and ensure the team makes use of the systems
Leadership capability. Ensuring own and team's delivery and performance, as well as their growth
Requirements
At least a Bachelor's degree in Business/Communications/Social Science from top local or overseas universities
At least 7 years of experience in travel industry. Familiarity with Airline, Service and Online Travel Agent (OTA) businesses and sales is a plus
Ability to set and drive own and team performance targets
Willingness to travel
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and strong intuitions of tourism industry
A strong drive to make things happen, ability to influence and make sound strategic decisions
Strong leadership, experienced in managing teams across geography
