Job Description
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.Collaborate with product development and design teams to align marketing efforts with product launches and development.Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and influencer marketing.Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data-driven insights to make improvements.Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, partners, and stakeholders in the beauty industry.Lead a team of marketing professionals and provide guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a senior or strategic role in the beauty or cosmetic industry.Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Creative thinker with a passion for beauty and cosmetics.Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools.
