Responsibilities :
- Manage and plan merchandise inventory, sales, gross margin and sell thru objectives
- Analyzing sales and gross margin review weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly Forecast & analyze by sales trend to place an order based on approved budget Research trends and consumer behavior to anticipate demand and buying patterns
- Create and plan product assortment (item, color, size) for each product category with following the trend Create pricing strategy by item that maximizes sales and gross margin
- Propose weekly and monthly promotion to marketing team
- Analyzing sales data and find fast moving and slow-moving item Monitoring and analyzing brand performance (sales, inventory, & product)
- Assist in the development and implementation of merchandise assortment plans based on market trends, customer preferences, and sales data.
- Analyze sales performance and customer feedback to make data-driven recommendations for product improvements and assortment adjustments.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of merchandising strategies
- Analyze Category Sellers performance, including but not limited to analyzing Product type (Stock Keeping Unit), Sales, Seller activeness and other service qualities.
- Plan vs Actual Perform Inventory Management to ensure availability of the right products Aging Stock, controlling stock, analyze stock, especially products for activations
- Support activations for events by providing related articles, ensure the stocks, sample, attending the tradeshow & interact with customers
- Can create PR (Purchase Request) and can use the system.
Requirements :
- 3 years’ Experience in Merchandiser (MD).
- Excellent skill of inventory, allocation and pricing management Merchandising oriented and product development.
- Ability to run Microsoft Excel is a must (vlook up, hlook up & Pivot Table)
- Good knowledge and good passion in Retail industry.
