Tasks & responsibilities
- Responsible for end-to-end process of managing daily operations of marketplace platforms (Shopee / Tiktok shop ) to increase sales, including product listings, voucher campaigns, performance monitoring, and optimization for maximum ROI and sales target.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports for evaluating store’s performance, quarterly marketing plans or/and other marketplace reports needed to Ecommerce Manager.
- Manage Shopee Ads, CPAS, Meta Ads, Tiktok Ads, managing budgets, and optimizing ROI.
- Prepare creative brief materials for all marketplaces including but not limited to paid campaigns, monthly promotions, social media contents or/and marketing material.
- Maintaining relationships with RM to evaluate store’s current performance, plan for future strategies, informing any updated regulations and be the intermediary between marketplace and the company.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree majoring in marketing, or any related majors.
- Proven experience at least Min 3 years experience in handling E-Commerce (TikTok Shop or Shopee)
- Knowledge in Retail & E-Commerce industry
- Having deep knowledge in TikTok shop, Shopee or Tokopedia Marketing Campaign
- Strong analytical skill, problem solving, and decision making skill
- Enjoy working in dynamic environment and ability to maintain relationship across team and externals
- Responsible for the process and performance of team members by monitoring and delegating appropriate tasks, as well as providing regular performance evaluations of team members
- Have good interpersonal skills and leadership skills
- Meticulous and time focused in completing the task at hand and accurately
- Strong in data analysis, able to operate Ms. Excel.
- Fluent in English both spoken and written
