We are seeking an outstanding Senior Operations Manager to join our great team!
Job Description:
- Establish operational target, KPIs, budget, and procedures and lead in-store sales initiatives to ensure achievement of business target
- Strategize and lead initiatives to improve customer experience and operational performance, e.g. SOP implementation, customer service excellence, retail excellence, etc
- Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes to provide visibility into the goals, progress, and obstacles of key initiatives
- Work together with Cofounders and other team on business development initiatives, including analyzing market opportunities and opening of new outlets
- Manage relationships with department heads, external partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals
- Work closely with Human Resources to lead the operations team and manage team performance
- Provide regular report/analysis of business performance and productivity to management
Requirements:
- 5 or more years in a senior leadership role in a field related to our industry
- Superior negotiation skills for both internal and external purposes
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant major, Master’s degree/MBA is a plus
- Excellent English proficiency, both written and conversational
- Experienced more than 3 years in similar position, preferably in hospitality or retail industry
- Strong leadership, managerial, problem solving, and communication skills
- Working knowledge of various software/system related to business and retail (Ms Office, POS, payment system, etc)
