Candidate would be responsible in providing technical support for setting up the plant for chemical engineering process, mainly focusing on chemical engineering (scale-up), basic design and commissioning.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Degree in Chemical Engineering, OVERSEAS University Graduated is a PLUSS
• Well versed technically in all aspects of chemical engineering. 
• Able to interpret chemical design drawings. 
• Minimum of 2 years’ working experience in a chemical production environment.
• Experience in commissioning a plant from design, installation, start-up, and commission. 
• Experience in i4/SCADA real time production monitoring system will be a plus 
• Basic IT skills, email, Microsoft Office, social media (Excel skills should be above average). 
• Willing to be posted overseas for extended period during project commissioning.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Carry-out process design engineering work with the team. 
• Review project specifications, design philosophy, PFDs, P&IDs, calculations, operation manuals.
• Prepared datasheets and drawings ensure accuracy and completeness to design requirements and concepts. 
• Project Execution and Management, i.e., ensuring projects are executed properly in measurable goals and objectives via schedule, cost and quality.
• Project Documentation, i.e., submission of documentation to client, revise and modify documents according to client comments, as well as review of vendor documentation, Final Documentation.
• Act as a point of contact for communication between different functional departments within the company, appropriate management levels, EPCM, vendors, authorities, etc, for communication on project progress, key issues, and any other critical topics.
