Responsibilities:
- Reviewing Customer Purchase Orders (CPOs), particularly focusing on terms and conditions, before converting them into Sales Orders in the system.
- Manage and monitoring the order processing in accordance with company policies and procedure.
- Liaising with internal and external parties involved in order processing.
- Providing CPO report, Outstanding GRN (Good Received Note) Report and others report related with procurement division.
Requirements:
- Prior working experience in Procurement with a minimum of 10 years and proven leadership experience (experience in the IT industry preferred).
- Education minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any related major.
- Proficiency in both verbal and written English.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and meet targets.
- Good communication skill and is a punctual person.
