Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment cycle: from sourcing and screening; to selection, salary proposal, offer and on-boarding in an efficient and professional
- Build a candidate pool who are potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management and be able to recruit passive candidates and build good recruitment pipeline
- Work closely with management and employees to improve working relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
Requirements
- Has exp minimun in 4 years as recruiter
- Understanding of full cycle recruitment process
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English communication, both verbal and written
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter who doesn't hesitate to proactively approach in order to learn fast
- Skilled at working with cross-functional groups to manage multiple projects simultaneously
