Job summary
Support the Business Division in developing excellent business relationships with existing and new customers.Responsible for smooth business operations and excellent service.Responsible for the growth of financing services based on Sharia principles.
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Maintain expertise in financing collections.• Monitor, evaluate, and supervise all income asset portfolios of BPRS.• Maintain customer relationships.• Explore products and their benefits for customers.• Ensure achievement of business targets with a minimum of 15M/month.• Ensure excellent customer service standards.• Acquire SMEs as new customers.• Maintain relationships with existing customers.• Target financing amount and number of accounts.• Ad hoc: Target funding amount.
Requirements
• Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience as a Commercial Relationship Manager.• Proven experience in banking, particularly in financing as a Relationship Manager Financing or Account Officer, specifically in Sharia or P2P Commercial.• Good portfolio, especially in the Jabodetabek Region.• Effective oral and written communication skills with the ability to actively listen to customer and employee issues.• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices.• Sales or customer service experience preferred.• Problem-solving attitude.
