Requirements:
· A bachelor’s degree in economy or social sciences, a master’s degree is preferred.
· At least 2 years in research & insights, consulting, or a similar field.
· Up-to-date knowledge on the world of qualitative research.
· Excellent in writing a research proposal, report and other effort associated with the process.
· Familiar with qualitative research processes such as moderating FGD/IDI.
· Presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate ideas with internal & external business clients.
· Excellent verbal, written and spoken English and strong communication and influencing skills with proven ability to effectively communicate insights to all levels of the business in a practical, user-friendly, and meaningful way.
· A client handler keen to develop existing relationships.
· Travel will be part of the role.
Responsibilities:
· Managing the relationship with clients on a day-to-day basis and keeping them informed regarding the progress of projects.
· To ensure that industry and research knowledge is integrated from other projects, desk research and other teams/sources to obtain a consolidated, competitive offering or insightful report.
· Designing the relevant research instruments
· Write accurate and insightful reports keeping proposal requirements and objectives in mind.
