About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Social Media Specialist with a strong focus on Social Media strategy to join our dynamic team. As an Senior Social Media Specialist you will be working with the Marketing team and play a crucial role in to make Igloo become the future of insurance.
The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating, implementing, and optimizing our Social Media strategy to increase brand awareness, engage our audience, drive website traffic, and generate interest in our products and services.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content marketing and Social Media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, aligned with our business goals.
Generate, publish and share engaging content daily.
Monitor key marketing metrics and audience engagement and suggest content optimization methods.
Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via Social Media to create a strong network.
Collaborate with wider Marketing, Telesales, and Product, Operations teams to drive business metrics and customer engagement
Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness.
Use Social Media marketing tools, content generation tools that will bring greater efficiency and scale to Social Media activities
Build, measure, learn and iterate on Social Media campaigns and activities
Job Requirements
Proven work experience as a Content Marketing Manager
Expertise in multiple Social Media platforms
In-depth knowledge of social platforms
Data driven and able to bring a data-informed and insights approach to all Social Media activity
Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels
Excellent communication, multitasking, and analytical skills
