About The Company:

• The working venue is in Cikarang Pusat.
• Our client is a Japanese Manufacturing company. Currently, they are looking for Senior Staff IT Support (Infrastructure & Operation).

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and maintaining networks and servers.       
• Upgrading, installing, and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives.       
• Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.
• Creating user accounts and performing access control.       
• Developing data retrieval and recovery procedures.       
• Supervising and mentoring IT department employees, as well as providing IT support.       
• Execute the day-to-day activities for supporting the Production control system.
• Troubleshooting problems in hardware, software, and network.       
• Provide the readiness of IT resources for end-users such as client computers, networks, printers, and so on.      
• Contact  vendors of software, hardware, data center, and telecom products.
• Actively respond to incidents and requests.   

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science
• Maximum Age is 35 years old.
• Applicable professional qualification, such as Microsoft, Oracle, or Cisco.
• Minimum 5 years in Infrastructure & IT administrator and IT Helpdesk support Skills/Competency     
• Experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies.      
• Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.       
• Firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operations best practices and security management skills.
