Senior Staff Loss Prevention

Requirements : 

• Minimal Diploma Degree from any field. 
• Has experience as a Loss Prevention Officer, Mall Security Guard, or similar (supervisor or manager level)
• Has experience coordination with police department
• Must have good communication skills
• Has perceptive and intuitive with excellent judgment
• Has capacity to perform duties with speed and precision

Job Descriptions :  
 

• Investigate known or suspected internal theft, external theft
• Ensure that all store employees carry out the SOP (Visit Store Central Java & East Java)
• Lead all security in all stores
• Identify and report merchandise or stock shortages
• Prevent and overcome actions that have the potential to cause losses to the company
• Maintain documentation or reports on security-related incidents or investigations
• Monitor compliance with standard operating procedures for Loss Prevention, physical security, or risk management
• Prepare written reports on investigations
• Recommend new or improved processes or equipment to reduce risk exposure
• Coordinate with third parties if needed (Police, TNI, related services)
• Check the CCTV shop area periodically
