Role Description
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring proper documentation and accuracy of transactions.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including reviewing invoices, vendor contracts, and customer payments.
- Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve discrepancies, implementing necessary corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and monitor budgets, providing insights and recommendations for cost management and revenue optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or a related area
- At least 4-5 years of experience in accounting and tax (preferably in Retail Industry in KAP or related)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations
- Experience in handling tax-related tasks and preparing financial statements
- Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations
- Proficient in accounting principles and practices
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
