👑 Job Role

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
• Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring proper documentation and accuracy of transactions.
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including reviewing invoices, vendor contracts, and customer payments.
• Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve discrepancies, implementing necessary corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and monitor budgets, providing insights and recommendations for cost management and revenue optimization.

⛩️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or a related area
• At least 4-5 years of experience in accounting and tax (preferably in Retail Industry in KAP or related)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
