Server - Amber

Responsibilities

• Greet the guests, prepare hot beverage and deliver food & beverage items according to hotel’s standards and procedures
• Assist in maintaining smooth operation of assigned section
• Monitor back of house and run food between kitchen and dining area
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction by being attentive to guests’ needs and response timely throughout the dining experience

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year relevant experience
• Experience in French fine dining or Michelin-starred restaurants will be advantages
• Passionate about delivering an exceptional F&B service
• Pleasant, service-orientated, a team player with good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Cantonese and English. Mandarin is an advantage
• Willing to work split shift
