A Service Manager is a critical role within an organization, especially in industries that provide services to clients or customers.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that services are delivered efficiently and effectively according to established standards and quality levels.
- Monitor service performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to enhance service quality.
- Supervise and manage a team of service professionals or technicians, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to meet service objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs and expectations are understood and met.
- Participate in the design and development of new services or improvements to existing services based on market trends.
- Develop and manage the budget for service operations, ensuring effective allocation of resources to support service delivery and meet financial targets.
- Continuously review and optimize service delivery processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall service performance.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on service performance.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in Engineer, or related.
- A deep understanding of the specific industry, its trends, and the services offered by the organization is crucial.
- Understanding of service HVAC, compressor ETC. (exp. Annual service 3000 hr, 6000 hr, 1 th, 3 th, overhaul, troubleshooting) is advantage.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to effectively interact with customers, team members, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, make strategic decisions, and effectively manage resources to achieve organizational goals.
- Capable of analyzing complex issues, making informed decisions, and implementing solutions to address challenges in service delivery.
- Willingness and ability to adapt to changing environments, priorities, and technologies in the dynamic field of service management.
