Uraian Tugas

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

  • Own full responsibility/accountability on performance (vs. target KPI) and compliance (vs. SOP) of the end-to-end process and team personnel at the respective facility
  • Monitor the daily operations of the transit point through supervision of the inbound, sorting, and outbound process
  • Manpower planning in accordance with the fluctuations in the daily volume including hiring if needed
  • Monitoring team productivity, capacity, and tools in the sortation center
  • Conduct briefing with respective shift team
  • Identify continuous potential for improvement across function end-to-end, e.g. operation mgmt. system, business processes, team structure, accountability, governance
  • Assist SOC/Hub/TP Lead in driving the execution and implementation of any performance improvement initiatives/measures
