Job Description

• Developing service programs and tools
• Controlling and monitoring service implementation activities
• Responsible for developing national Service Quality with the aim of producing and improving good and appropriate internal and external customer service standard processes

Qualifications

• Must possess at least bachelor's degree from any major
• Having minimal 1 year experience of being Service Quality
• Creative, innovative, and able to work remotely
• Have a good communication and be able to work in the team
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Willing to be placed at Sunter - North Jakarta
