- Developing service programs and tools
- Controlling and monitoring service implementation activities
- Responsible for developing national Service Quality with the aim of producing and improving good and appropriate internal and external customer service standard processes
Qualifications
- Must possess at least bachelor's degree from any major
- Having minimal 1 year experience of being Service Quality
- Creative, innovative, and able to work remotely
- Have a good communication and be able to work in the team
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Willing to be placed at Sunter - North Jakarta
