Showroom Supervisor

REQUIREMENTS : 

• Maximum 35 years, dynamic, attractive and professional.
• Bachelor Degree from Reputable University in Management / Communication / Architect / Interior Design.
• Minimum 5 years working experiences in as Showroom/Sales Manager in high-end products Retail Industry and working shifts in Malls (will highly considered).
• Track record of leading the sales team is required.
• Able to build and maintain relationship with high level customers
• Able to work in team, as well as optimize team capabilities and work together in achieving targets
• Able to formulate sales plan and marketing plan strategies to support sales achievement
• Active personality, creative, high integrity, able to work under pressure, and target oriented.
• Able to deal with different tasks and projects at the same time and to prioritize work activities.
• Good communication, negotiation and leadership skills, proficiency in English written and oral.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Keeping and checking records of expenditure
• Evaluating all Sales and employees performance
• Evaluating the supply and availability of stocks
• Implementing measures to avoid stock damages, theft and wastage
• Monitoring shelve stocks and product displays and the general appearance of the showroom
• And other operational related matters in the showroom
