In light of the anticipated need for a 50% increase in food production by 2030 to support a global population nearing 9 billion, coupled with the demands for 45% more energy and 30% more water, all while reducing emissions, we are dedicated to narrowing the agricultural yield gap and reducing the carbon footprint of this sector, which is currently responsible for 30% of global emissions.

Our operations have expanded to Myanmar and Cambodia, where we have partnered with over 2,500 farmers across 9,000 hectares.

Our commitment extends beyond immediate climate action to fostering rural prosperity, with an ambitious goal to influence the practices of 100,000 farmers in Southeast Asia within five years, positioning us as a leader in sustainable agricultural solutions in the region.

At our core, we are driven by the imperative to significantly increase food production by 2050 to achieve net-zero emissions, a challenge compounded by the struggles faced by 500 million smallholder farmers worldwide.

These farmers, who are responsible for producing 30% of the world's food, are increasingly burdened by rising fuel and fertilizer prices and soil degradation.

Our mission is to enact meaningful change that not only benefits the environment but also supports the livelihoods of these essential contributors to the global food supply.

We are on the lookout for an innovative and strategic Marketing Head to lead our marketing initiatives from our base in Yogyakarta.

This role is ideally suited for a visionary leader with a solid background in the FMCG, startup, F&B industries, or, preferably, the agriculture, fertilizer, or agricultural machinery sectors.

The ideal candidate will bring a blend of creative energy and strategic acumen to amplify our brand and drive our mission forward in the realm of sustainable agricultural solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Craft, lead, and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our company's mission, enhance brand visibility, and drive market engagement.
  • Spearhead market research efforts to gain deep insights into customer behaviors, industry trends, and competitive landscapes, translating findings into actionable strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales, product development, and operations teams to ensure a unified approach to market penetration and product positioning.
  • Develop and manage content marketing strategies, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing channels, to engage target audiences effectively.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of all marketing campaigns, events, and PR activities, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and with high impact.
  • Foster innovation within the marketing team, encouraging new ideas and approaches to reach and resonate with diverse audiences, particularly in the agricultural sector.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, setting clear goals and KPIs, and providing feedback and support to facilitate professional growth.
  • Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and measure ROI on marketing initiatives to continuously optimize performance.

Requirements :

  • Willing to work based in Yogyakarta.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with a strong preference for candidates with an understanding of the agriculture, fertilizer, or agricultural machinery industries.
  • A minimum of 7 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, ideally within the FMCG, startup, F&B, or related sectors, with a strong preference for experience in agriculture-related fields.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies, with a deep understanding of brand development, digital marketing, and market analysis.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, able to see the bigger picture and drive innovation within the marketing domain.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and cultivate talent.
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable with data-driven decision-making and proficient in marketing metrics and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with outstanding presentation and persuasion skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support marketing initiatives and company objectives.
