Full training provided to carry our the job responsibilities below:

• Generate leads and initiate outbound calls to introduce recruitment services.
• Negotiate rates and contract terms with potential clients.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and client information.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

⛩️ Requirements

• Super Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and resilience in handling rejections.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software.
