Job Description
- Create the project timeline, coordinating with project team, client, contractor, vendors and other consultant.
- Oversee vendors and contractor performance, ensuring timely completion of project milestones. Adjust schedules as needed.
- Ensure all the project works comply with SOP & HSE standards.
- Identify any issue and communicate with project leader and with client when needed.
- Responsive to client complaints, input and queries. Identify potential changes on project design based on client input/requirement and the following potential changes on project timeline and cost.
- Monitor project operational cost, control and minimize the occurrence of errors that could impact the project cost.
- Maintain comprehensive project report and documentation. Regularly update the project leader and client on project progress (weekly report).
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or Design Interior.
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager/Site Manager/Office fit-out Manager for a minimum 5 years.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods.
- Excellent communication skills. Applicant with good English communication skills will be preferred.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and building codes.
