Site Reliability Engineer

• Maintain the availability, reliability, and performance of systems with a focus on technical infrastructure, security, and user scalability.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to design, test, and implement best practices in technology infrastructure, as well as making improvements and enhancements as needed.
• Ensure seamless integration between system infrastructure and existing services and applications, while continuously monitoring system availability and performance.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of incident events and system performance, identifying corrective solutions to enhance overall system reliability and scalability.

Requirements:

• Must possess a Bachelor Degree in Information System or relevant major with minimum GPA 3.00
• Proficient in Python and Shell Scripting (Bash) for automation and system administration tasks.
• Strong command of JavaScript for web application development and maintenance.
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Expertise in containerization technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker for scalable application deployment.
• Proficiency in utilizing monitoring tools like New Relic and Datadog for tracking system performance.
• Advanced analytical skills for troubleshooting and problem-solving in complex technical environments.
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams and exceptional communication skills for conveying technical concepts to diverse audiences.
