Supervision and Coordination:

Qualifications:
Education: A high school diploma is typically the minimum requirement, but a bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field may be preferred.
Experience: Several years of experience in construction or a related field, with a proven track record of successful project supervision.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in understanding construction plans and specifications.
