Responsibilities and Duties:
Responsible for managing and operating accounts on Tiktok, Instagram, etc. as well as designing and implementing effective content strategies.
Monitoring and responding to comments, messages, and reviews from customers and followers.
Creating and posting original and relevant content that aligns with the company's branding, goals, and target audience.
Regularly analyze account data and user feedback, optimize content and strategy, and increase account growth and engagement rates.
Plan and implement Social Media strategies related to marketing and brand promotion activities.
Preferred Requirements:
Min. Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any major (Marketing, communication, or a related field and preferred).
Min. 1 year of experience in Social Media management, preferably in a similar industry or market segmentation.
