As a Social Media Manager at our company, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the online presence and engagement of malls we serve through comprehensive Social Media strategies. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing Social Media campaigns across various platforms to promote our clients' brands and drive foot traffic to their establishments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute Social Media strategies tailored to the unique needs and objectives of each mall client.
- Conduct thorough research to identify industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to inform strategy development.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align Social Media efforts with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Content Creation and Curation:
- Create compelling and engaging content, including text, images, videos, and graphics, that resonate with target audiences and reflect the unique identity of each mall.
- Curate user-generated content and leverage it to foster community engagement and brand advocacy.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, reflects current trends, and maintains a consistent brand voice across all platforms.
- Platform Management:
- Manage and maintain active profiles on various Social Media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor platform analytics and performance metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Stay informed about platform algorithm changes, new features, and best practices to maximize organic reach and engagement.
- Community Engagement and Customer Service:
- Foster positive relationships with mall patrons and online communities by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and addressing inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor Social Media channels for mentions, reviews, and feedback related to the malls we serve, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address issues and maintain brand reputation.
- Campaign Management and Reporting:
- Plan, execute, and monitor paid Social Media advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads or sales for mall clients.
- Generate comprehensive reports and analytics insights on campaign performance, audience demographics, and engagement metrics to assess ROI and inform future strategy adjustments.
- Present regular progress reports and performance updates to clients, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and actionable insights.
- Stay Updated and Innovate:
- Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in Social Media marketing and digital advertising.
- Proactively identify opportunities for innovation and experimentation with new tools, formats, and strategies to enhance the effectiveness and impact of Social Media efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Social Media management, preferably in a similar role within the retail or shopping center industry.
- Strong understanding of Social Media platforms, analytics tools, and advertising platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Proficiency in graphic design, video editing, and content creation tools is a plus.
