Responsibilities :
- Develop an effective sosical media content strategy to increase the online presence of the brand or organization.
- Create and publish relevant, engaging and diverse content for various Social Media platforms, including text, images, and videos.
- Manage reguler posts and ensure brand consistency across platforms.
- Proactively monitor and respond to user interactions, including comments, messages and reviews,
- Analyze Social Media pBachelorerfomance data and present reguler reports to superiors,
- Collaborate with marketing team to integrate Social Media strategy with other marketing initiatives.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in Social Media and propose new strategies based on the findings.
Requirements :
- Previous work experience as Social Media Specialist or ralated role in related industry.
- Excellent communication skills and creativity in creating engaging content.
- Strong knowledge of various Social Media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Tiktok, etc) and related analytics tools.
- Good understanding of digital marketing concepts and solid data analysis skills.
- Good multitasking skills and ability to work within tight deadlines.
- Graphic design skills and experience using design software (such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or Illustrator ) is a plus.
- Good Language skills, both oral and written, to interact with followers and present reports to management.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing Social Media trends and algorithmns.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Marketing, Communications, or Computer Science is appreciated but not a requirement.
