Social Media Strategist

You will work in digital marketing team with culture energetic, fast speed, progressive, passionate and think-giants

Responsibilities : 

1. Stay up to date and handle with the latest Social Media trends, tools ; Whatsapp, Telegram & FB marketing (bangun kolam), and best practice to continually optimize our Social Media presence.
2. Create and curate engaging contents for various Social Media platforms & marketing including Instagram, FB, LinkedIn, Youtube, TiktTok, X (twitter)
3. Edit and enhance raw footage into polished videos that meet project requirement and date lines.
4. Collaborate with creative team, to develop concept with content writer and copy writing for storyboards.
5. Track and analyze Social Media matrix to measure the success of the campaigns and identify various improvement.
6. Monitor and response to comments, message, and inquiries approach Social Media channels in a timely and professional manner
7. Develop and comprehensive CRM strategies (acquisition and retention)
8. Plan, execute and monitor CRM campaign, including email, email marketing, Social Media campaign.
9. Reporting performance insight to recommend improvement 

Qualification : 

1. Bachelor's degree in DKV, information systems, informatics engineering, Communications, Public Relations, Business Intelligence or a related field.
2. 2+ years of experience in Social Media management, digital marketing, or a related role.
3. Proven track record of creating engaging content and growing Social Media followings.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
5. Proficiency in Social Media analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, Google Analytics).
6. Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
8. Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
9. Can use various editing software (Adobe CC, Canva, ect) and marketing tools (multichat, meta, event)
10. Have certificate in Digital Marketing
11. Proven portfolio as Social Media specialist
12. Willing to full WFO at Karawaci Office Park
