As a Social Media Talent cum Customer Service, you will play a key role in manage content in various Social Media platoform and act as a the face of our brand on Social Media. Besides, this role also require to identifty and colloborate with influencer to amplify on the branding and provide excellent Customer Service to customer in various Social Media platform

Job Description:

• Manage and curate engaging content across various Social Media platforms
• Act as the face of our brand on Social Media, engaging with our audience and fostering a positive online community.
• Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute Social Media campaigns that align with company objectives.
• Monitor Social Media trends and provide insights to improve our online presence.
• Identify and collaborate with influencers and other talent to amplify our brand reach.
• Provide excellent Customer Service through various channels, addressing customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing Social Media accounts.
• Strong understanding of instagram and their algorithms.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Customer service-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinking and a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends.

Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Previous experience in Customer Service roles is a plus.
• Portfolio showcasing successful Social Media campaigns and community engagement.
