Job Description:
- Manage and curate engaging content across various Social Media platforms
- Act as the face of our brand on Social Media, engaging with our audience and fostering a positive online community.
- Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute Social Media campaigns that align with company objectives.
- Monitor Social Media trends and provide insights to improve our online presence.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers and other talent to amplify our brand reach.
- Provide excellent Customer Service through various channels, addressing customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing Social Media accounts.
- Strong understanding of instagram and their algorithms.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Qualifications
