Solar Corporate Strategy Manager  

Job Purpose:

• The position provides strategic support and direction in the development and execution of business strategies and plans that promote the growth of the Phinma Solar Energy Corporation.
• The position actively works with the different functions, partners, and service providers to ensure that growth opportunities are properly identified, assessed, and pursued, risks are recognized and addressed, and strategies are implemented.

Job Scope:

• The position requires strong business acumen and analytical skills in order to:
• Ensure timely and best assessments of macroeconomic, regulatory, sociopolitical, and competitive environments, among other relevant factors
• Lead in the use of research and data to support Solar’s strategies and business plans Identify business risks and opportunities and work with the functions to determine proper course of action
• Identify opportunities for new businesses and growth of current businesses
• Drive the business planning activities of Solar together with Finance
• Develop business cases, feasibility studies, and/or investment evaluations in support of Solar’s plans and strategies
• Provide any other strategic support needed by the Company

Education:

• Graduate of any Business Degree
• Specialization in economics, strategic management, or financial management not required but an advantage.
