- Our client is a Storage company. Currently, they are looking for Corporate Planning, Strategy & Secretary Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee a Strategy Management System.
- Align the organization with strategic goals actively.
- Conduct monthly strategy reviews and adjust documents accordingly.
- Assist in formulating and adapting the corporate strategy.
- Communicate strategy, targets, and initiatives to employees effectively.
- Manage cross-unit and cross-functional strategic initiatives.
- Prepare and monitor monthly and annual financial budgets.
- Align human resources with the company's strategic goals.
- Disseminate management knowledge and best practices throughout the organization.
- Other responsibilities as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Management or similar.
- Basic English proficiency (understanding of common phrase, passive English should be sufficient).
- Min. 10 years as Strategic Management/Corporate Planning with 5 years as Manager, experienced in developing strategic plan and business plan, budgeting control, and communicating with top management to develop effective corporate strategy.
- Good understanding in corporate finance, experienced in coordinating with the finance department.
- Good management skill, good communication skill, strong analytical skill & problem solving skill.
