Solar Pv Engineer - Construction & Commissioning

PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk or its subsidiaries are looking for high potential candidates to be employed as PV Engineer - Construction & Commissioning with the following details:

Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related fields from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.20.
2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in PV engineering and project management.
3. Strong project-management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

Job Description:

1. Responsible for engineering, installation, and commissioning of solar PV projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications and industry standards.
2. Develop project schedules and specifications for solar PV installations, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet project deadlines.
3. Collaborate with PV EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) companies to ensure safety standards and regulatory requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.
4. Oversee project budget and financial aspects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial targets.
5. Obtain necessary permits and licenses for solar PV projects, including IUPTLS (Izin Usaha Penyelenggaraan Tenaga Listrik Suria), SLO (Surat Izin Operasi), Carbon Certification, and other regulatory approvals as required.
6. Maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, including customers, contractors, vendors, and regulatory authorities, to facilitate smooth project execution and address any issues or concerns.
7. Provide support to the sales and tendering team by contributing technical expertise and insights for PV project proposals and bids.
8. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor project progress, identify potential risks or obstacles, and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
9. Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in solar PV engineering and project management.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organization to optimize processes, share knowledge, and drive continuous improvement in PV project execution and delivery.

Note: This role requires a blend of technical expertise in solar PV engineering, project management skills, and strong communication abilities to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders and ensure the successful delivery of solar PV projects from inception to completion.
