Spare Part Warehouse Supervisor

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in warehouse management, MUST in the automotive industry, and handle Spare Parts
• Bachelor's degree from reputable university
• Excellent knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and supply chain management principles
• Demonstrated experience in optimizing inventory levels and implementing efficient inventory management processes
• Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with warehouse management software and inventory management systems
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and effectively manage a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Descriptions

• Plan, direct, monitor and develop the warehouse
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according the schedule
• Receive and process warehouse stock products
• Inventory controls
• Operate and maintain warehouse’s vehicles and equipment
• Create and Implement the HSE, procedures, rules, and regulations
• Daily, weekly and monthly reports
• High proficiency in WMS
