Construction Manager - Property - Depok (B-102472)

About The Company:

• The working venue is in Depok.
• Our client is a Propertycompany. Currently, they are looking for Construction Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for construction planning and progress (housing) so that it is in accordance with the results of the design as approved by Planning & Design Manager and Management.
• Coordinate with the Planning & Design Manager to be able to make house plans for each cluster that will be developed by the company.
• Plan work time and determine the specifications for the company's product development (housing) work.
• Verify planning time for homework and infrastructure implementation.
• Coordinate with Legal & Procurement department in respective matters.
• Provide recommendations for the assessment of services provided by construction service vendors who will work with the company (during the auction) or after completing services to the company.
• Conduct regular coaching to subordinates to monitor work progress, identify and resolve problems in work and carry out employee competency development.
• Coordinate with the Dept. Internal Audit & Compliance to be able to develop effective work procedures so as to support the achievement of work targets.
• Preparing the work plan of the department so that the work process to be carried out is more directed and in accordance with the goals and targets of the company.
• Other responsibilities as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Hold min. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from reputable university.
• Conversational English proficiency.
• Min. 5 years as Project or Construction Manager in Property industry for landed house.
• Experienced and or deeply familiar with infra, site coordinator, ME, surveyor, civil engineer work.
• Willing to travel if needed.
• Stable career.
• Good leadership skill, good interpersonal skill, good communication skill, good time management and good coordination skill.

• Currently residing in Bekasi, Depok, Bogor, East Jakarta, or South Jakarta.
• Own a car.
