Construction Manager

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil engineering/ Ocean Engineering or related major
• Experience Minimum 3 years 
• Prior having experience working in EPC Project, Oil and Gas Project, Marine Construction.
• Placement on NTB Project ( PT. Amman )
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Proactive and agile personality
• Good interpersonal and communication skill, demonstrate accountability and influencing skills
• Good leadership ability and highly teamwork player
• Ability to work without constant supervision or guidance

Job Desc :

• Project Planning: Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget, and ensure that all stakeholders are aware of and aligned with the project goals and objectives.
• Site Management: Oversee the construction site, including coordination of activities, management, and ensuring safety and compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Budget and Cost Management: Monitor and control project costs, track expenses, and manage change orders to ensure the project stays within budget.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control, ensuring that construction work meets or exceeds the specified standards and codes.
• Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders, providing project updates and addressing concerns or issues as they arise.
