Job Description:

• Manage full-cycle Recruitment from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates
• Sourcing candidates online, updating job ads on career pages, and social media, participating in job fairs, hosting house recruitment events 
• Play an important part in building a strong employer brand for our company to ensure we attract, hire, and retain the most qualified employees.
• Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs

 Requirement:

• BSc in Human resources Management, Organization Psychology, or a relevant field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, creativity, persistence and networking skills
• Experience with sourcing technique
• Max 35 years of age
