Job Description:
- Manage full-cycle Recruitment from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates
- Sourcing candidates online, updating job ads on career pages, and social media, participating in job fairs, hosting house recruitment events
- Play an important part in building a strong employer brand for our company to ensure we attract, hire, and retain the most qualified employees.
- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
Requirement:
- BSc in Human resources Management, Organization Psychology, or a relevant field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, creativity, persistence and networking skills
- Experience with sourcing technique
- Max 35 years of age
