We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Supervisor of Quality Control. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the QUALITY CONTROL team, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. The Supervisor of Quality Control will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our product quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering (S1 Teknik Kimia).
• Minimum 3 years of work experience as a QC Supervisor.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
• Decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding and possession of ISO certification.
• Preferred experience in a pipe manufacturing plant (pengalaman di pabrik pipa).

Responsibilities:

• Monitor every process involved in the product manufacturing.
• Ensure the quality of goods meets company standards.
• Monitor all products intended for sale in the market.
• Responsible for testing, analyzing, and verifying products.
• Instruct the remanufacturing of goods that do not meet quality standards.
• Document inspections and product testing.
• Create records and analyses of previous products for future reference.
• Active to collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and develop new products or enhance existing ones.
