Job Description:
- Responsible to organize and schedule all necessary resources required to compliment the maintenance activities;
- Plan and arrange all activities related with equipment maintenance to enhance equipment and plant accessibility and competence supporting site production supplies;
- Coordinate daily as well as weekly planning meetings related with maintenance;
- Ensure to execute preventive maintenance techniques to improve overall efficiency;
- Create maintenance schedules and generate work orders;
- Maintain parts inventory;
- Create procedural manuals that explain how to do certain tasks
- Serve as a liaison between maintenance and operations;
- Maintain records and files essential to maintenance management;
- Coordinate with maintenance staff, contractors, and external vendors;
- Prepare preventive maintenance plans that are aligned with the organization’s maintenance goals;
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree qualification in Civil / Architect/ Electrical / Industrial / process engineering;
- Have minimum 8 years experiences maintenance planning and scheduling;
- Mechanical knowledge and skills of relevant equipment;
- Knowledge of maintenance procedures, computerized maintenance systems;
- Ability to read and interpret parts and service manuals;
- Knowledge and skills of component identification, recording and serial numbering;
- Expert with software SAP PM-CM application and Windows 95
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; good in communication, Problem detection and resolution skills essential;
- Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate.
