Sr. Social Media Associate

Job Overview:

The Senior Social Media Associate, reporting to the Head of Social Media, collaborates closely with the Creative, Brand, Academy, Growth, and Data Analytics teams. They play a pivotal role in executing Social Media strategies aligned with organizational goals, covering content creation, campaign management, audience engagement, and performance analysis. This collaboration fosters innovative initiatives driving brand awareness, engagement, and growth.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Ads:

• Develop and implement media plans for LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Tiktok and YouTube with a focus on achieving controlled CPM targets.
• Monitor ad performance daily and conduct A/B testing to optimize targeting and creative visuals.
• Provide regular weekly and monthly reports on ad performance.

Social Media Management:

• Create, curate, and publish content on Social Media channels, ensuring consistency with channel styles.
• Maintain timely content delivery according to the content calendar.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and Social Media Agency for daily operations.

Conversation Building:

• Moderate conversations and engage members daily, particularly on X/twitter, Telegram, and Discord.
• Experiment with community activities and live streaming to enhance engagement.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Utilize analytics tools (Iconosquare/Emplify/Sprinkrl/ or native tools) to drive insights from data.
• Support Social Media Manager and Head of Social Media in optimizing Social Media strategies based on actionable recommendations.
• Generate regular reports summarizing key metrics, trends, and insights.

Requirements:

• Have at least 3 years experience as Social Media Analytics or Social Media Performance Ads
• Meticulous in terms of numerical analysis and reporting filing
• Self starters and high in ownership as well as initiative
• Data driven person, hunger & curious about data & analytics
• Ability to speak, write, and editorial skills in Bahasa Indonesia & English
• Have at least basic understanding about investments / financial services and preferably have a personal experience to trade any investment products
• Proven experience in Social Media management, with a strong portfolio of past work.
• Proficiency in Social Media ads dashboard and analytics tools
• Familiarity with advertising on Social Media platforms
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills
• Creative mindset with the ability to turn data into compelling narratives
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Strong problem-solving skills
