Sr. Social Media Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovative Social Media strategies to promote yachts, yacht charters, yacht events, and related services.
• Create engaging content including posts, videos, stories, and graphics tailored to different Social Media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Manage and grow Social Media accounts organically and through paid advertising campaigns.
• Monitor Social Media trends, industry news, and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate Social Media efforts with broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyze Social Media performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize future strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Social Media tools, algorithms, and best practices to maximize reach and engagement.
• Coordinate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and partners to amplify our brand presence and reach new audiences.
• Ensure brand consistency and uphold high-quality standards across all Social Media channels.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in Social Media management, preferably in the luxury lifestyle, travel, or marine industry.
• Strong understanding of Social Media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Creative thinking and the ability to conceptualize and execute engaging content ideas.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Passion for yachting and a genuine interest in luxury lifestyle brands.
