Qualifications :
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from reputable university
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in the same field
- Proficient in Ms Office (Ms Excel is a must)
- Experienced in Accurate is a plus
- Familiar with number-based data
- Good detail oriented and well organized
Job Summary :
- Handling & filling the document related to sales activities (PO, Invoice, Offering, Payment)
- Supporting the sales team with any other administrative task as assigned
- Assist the Sales team in coordinating with other departments: Marketing, Finance and Logistics
- Prepare required reports related to the sales team
- Ensure the validity of all sales documents processed
