Job Description
- Process incoming PO (Purchase Order) from customers
- Create and print PO (Purchase Order) and send it to suppliers or subcons
- Create SPB Out (Outgoing Goods Request Letter) and DO (Delivery Order)
- Responsible for the smooth running of orders and deliveries
- Maintain open and effective communication between other departments.
Minimum Requirements
- Maximum 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree (S1/D3) in business administration, management, finance
- 2 years of experience in related field would be preferable
- Highly professional in Ms. Offices, especially Excel
- Trustworthy
- Good communication skills
- Able to work in a team
