• Handling customer inquiries through phone, email, or social media with courtesy and professionalism• Resolving customer issues quickly and efficiently• Providing information about products, services, and company policies to customers• Building good relationships with customers and improving customer satisfaction• Performing administrative tasks related to Customer Service• Providing feedback and suggestions to management for Customer Service improvement
Requirements
• Minimum D3 education in any field• Work experience as a Customer Service officer or similar position is preferred• Good and friendly communication skills in interacting with customers• Customer-oriented service• Ability to resolve problems• Basic understanding of company's products or services
