- Conduct recruitment and selection process.
- Manage employee data base.
- Manage employee contract data and employee resignation process.
- Input employee attendance.
- Calculate, submit, and create reports for salary calculation.
- Manage annual leave data.
- Reporting to HR Manager any problems in the field.
- Create a conducive work environment.
- Maintain company and employee relations
- Filing documents in an organized and systematic manner.
Requirements:
- Minimum Education S1, all majors.
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience as HR Staff.
- Having high integrity, honesty, dedication and loyalty.
- Able to work with a team.
- Have good communication.
- Have communication skills in English.
- Able to operate Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Independent, Honest & Thorough.
- Willing to be placed in South Sumatra (Lahat).
