PAY RANGE
The Target Pay Range for this position is $162,600-$198,600 annually. The full Pay Range is $126,000-$235,100 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training.
Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant.
Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.

Minimum Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information security, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 7 years’ experience in technology architectures design and implementation, including complex technology solutions management.
- Expertise in cloud-native technology, including microservices, Restful APIs, and scalable designs.
- Comprehensive knowledge in technology service architectural hosting, security, and risk management.
- Familiarity with Microsoft infrastructure in various environments (on-premise, cloud, hybrid).
- Proficient in Lean / Agile / Scrum methodologies; SAFe experience is essential.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Certifications in LEAN, Agile / Scrum, or ITIL, with a record of implementing these practices.
- Familiarity with architectural frameworks such as The Open Group, NIST, ISO 19xxx, BizBok, or Gartner.
- Proven ability to cultivate strong relationships at all organizational levels.
