Staff Warehouse Pm Inbound & Im (Cakung, East Jakarta)

Job Purpose: Ensure receipt, storage and delivery of PM for use in the production process

Job Descriptions:

1. Carry out the process of sending, receiving and storing PM in the warehouse department.
2. Regulate the use of employees and supporting equipment that is part of it.
3. Provide information on non-conformity of work activities and facilities.
4. Responsible for the cleanliness of the work area.
5. Responsible for the smooth use of work equipment as a whole.

• Inbound:

1. Check the unloading receipt issued by the inbound administration.
2. Coordinate unloading with vendors in the order of administrative unloading receipts.
3. Monitor the process of receiving goods from vendors; receipt of goods per truck, ensure ID card per pallet, carry out weighing of required items.
4. Control the storage and delivery of returned goods to the supplier (quantity details, variants).
5. Returning vendor boxes and/or pallets from production.
6. Make daily reports (Forklift, Truck Ritase, and employee attendance).

• Internal Movement:

1. Dividing preparations for sending PM to each production.
2. Check whether the items prepared are in accordance with the production reservation list (quantity, variant, size, etc.).
3. Arrange the division of employee tasks to prepare PM according to the reservation list.
4. Promotional DO process for marketing according to daily demand.
5. Coordination of PM collection from old Blowing and Injection land (Driver and truck).
6. Validate with the production department for handover of reservation delivery.
7. Make daily reports (forklift, truck rotation and employee attendance).

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree (S1) - Transportation/Logistics or Industrial Engineering, with GPA minimum 3.00
• Fresh graduate or experienced working in the Logistics Warehouse
• Ready and willing to work in the Field
• Understanding of efficient and effective production and distribution processes
• Discipline, Responsible, Reliable, High initiative, and Able to work in Team
• Have good Communication, Personality and Attitude
• Love a Challenge and Learn New Things, Good Problem Solving, Good Time Management, Critical Thinking, Strong Analyzed System, Strong in Administration and Management, and Healthy in Physical and Spiritual
• Working hours: 6-Days, Monday to Saturday, 2 Shifts (Shift 1: 6AM - 2PM. Shift 2: 2PM - 10PM)
• Willing to follow the recruitment process and Work Placement in Cakung, East Jakarta.
