Staff Warehouse Teknik (Cakung, East Jakarta)

Job Purpose: Responsible for loading and unloading goods, signing goods receipt letters, checking goods in the engineering warehouse, preparing delivery and storage of engineering goods, making regular reports, and coordinating with other divisions or clients.

Job Description:

• Responsibilities:

1. Maintain cleanliness, security and order in the engineering warehouse.
2. Make administration of all goods in the engineering warehouse.
3. Responsible for all goods in the engineering warehouse.
4. Responsible for incoming and outgoing technical goods.

• Routine Tasks:

1. Receive incoming goods to the engineering warehouse.
2. Create goods receipt reports for archives in the warehouse and for accounting.
3. Arrange items so they are easy to remove.
4. Create a letter of introduction for goods leaving the engineering warehouse.
5. Make reports of incoming and outgoing goods every day and every month.
6. Ensure that no items are lost from the engineering warehouse.
7. Pick up and hand over goods to the requesting division.
8. Carrying out stock taking between reports and goods in the warehouse. If the numbers are not the same, then immediately report it to the warehouse head.

• Non-Routine Tasks:

1. At certain periods, technical warehouse staff carry out stock taking with the controlling department.
2. Propose effective and efficient warehouse management methods to superiors for the progress of the company.
3. Mentoring new employees in the engineering warehouse.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree (S1) - Transportation/Logistics or Industrial Engineering, with GPA minimum 3.00
• Fresh graduate or experienced working in the Logistics Warehouse
• Ready and willing to work in the Field
• Understanding of efficient and effective production and distribution processes
• Discipline, Responsible, Reliable, High initiative, and Able to work in Team
• Have good Communication, Personality and Attitude
• Love a Challenge and Learn New Things, Good Problem Solving, Good Time Management, Critical Thinking, Strong Analyzed System, Strong in Administration and Management, and Healthy in Physical and Spiritual
• Working hours: 6-Days, Monday to Saturday, Non-Shifts.
